Meet the Founder
Peter L. West, founder of West Coaching Network, brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive, management consultant, facilitator, and leadership coach. His expertise spans industries including information technology, telecommunications, customer service, hospitality, financial services, health care, human resources, higher education, and non-profit management. Peter holds a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Anaheim University. He also completed Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation.
Throughout his career, Peter has been a leader in operational development, organizational strategic planning, project management, and process improvement. His passion lies in leadership development and team building, with a focus on driving business transformation and supporting leaders in reaching their full potential.
In 2009, Peter transitioned from a successful career as a Senior Executive in Internet, Cable, and Telecommunications to launch West Coaching Network. His mission is to provide executive coaching and leadership development to help individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals. Peter’s certifications include Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). His background in Telecommunications, Information Systems, and Internet Technology positions him uniquely to support senior leaders in these sectors and beyond, delivering measurable results.
